What is MTC?
MTC Facility Solutions is a nationwide facility maintenance partner for multi-site businesses, based in Little Elm, Texas. We are the single point of accountability: one number, one inbox and one team that owns every job from first request to final invoice.
We don't swing the hammer; we orchestrate. We triage each request, match the right vetted vendor, dispatch them under MTC's standards and hold them to clear response times, up to 4-hour and same-day emergency response. Our team is staggered across time zones, so we never go dark.
